Buying a car has always been one of the most nerve-wrenching experiences for me. We began by looking on the internet and I typed in "Best place to buy a used car near Homewood, IL" and the first nerve-wrenching experiences for me. We began by looking on the internet and I typed in "Best place to buy a used car near Homewood, IL" and the first thing that popped up was "Simply the best place to buy a used car" and it was Taylor Chrysler Dodge Jeep. We decided to take a drive down and by sheer luck, got Ray Marko for our salesman. He was great!! I can't say that enough. There was no pressure and he wanted to make sure we got a car that we would love. The first day we didn't find anything and I ended up going back a couple of days later for a car we were interested in. After that, the rest of the process was painless and everyone was extremely nice and professional. We ended up spending a little more than we wanted but still within reason. Although they don't have free drinks all the time, drinks were offered so I think if you ask they will get you a drink if you want one. I will definitely be going back there when we need to purchase another car and I will also be referring family and friends there as well. Thank you Ray and thank you Taylor Chrysler Dodge Jeep!!!!! More

We had excellent experience when we bought our vehicle today. We went in there with the wants of a certain truck, and we drove of there with that vehicle. Ray Marko was awesome! Earlier this year I decided that I wanted a Jeep Wrangler. When I got serious about my car shopping I decided to contact Taylor Dodge as they are a very strong supporter of the local United Way cam Wrangler. When I got serious about my car shopping I decided to contact Taylor Dodge as they are a very strong supporter of the local United Way campaign. My initial contact with Taylor Dodge was through their web portal which put me in touch with Tim Slattery the Manager of the Internet Sales Department. Tim obviously read my internet inquiry because he responded only a couple hours later with Jeeps that were in my price range and that met the criteria for the options I was seeking. He didn’t waste my time showing me things I didn’t want or trying to up-sell me into a price range that I was not comfortable at. After test driving the model with the options that I wanted Tim went into search mode to locate the exact same vehicle in the color that I wanted. I felt zero pressure when buyiing from this dealership. All sales personel were easy to talk to and not trying to be slick like most car saleman.
