Randy from Taylor Dodge did this for us. Randy took his time and patience with us so my wife and I could buy 2004 FreeStar . Every person I encountered at the dealership took time to see if there was anything we needed and make us feel at home. This was a great car buying experience from the sales team to the finance people ( Maybe had something to do with paying cash on the spot for the car but don't think so) . If you want to buy a car without high pressure sales techniques and to get a deal from someone who cares about what you actually want, need and can afford, this dealership is where you want to shop!!! We will definitely return again!!! More

Since I lived a couple hours from the dealership, I worked a lot with Tim and Rueben Chrysler Dodge Jeep to trade in my dodge ram for a 2007 Charger. Since I lived a couple hours from the dealership, I worked a lot with Tim and Rueben over the phone and they did every possible thing they could for me up until actually having to come in for a few test drives. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and kindness of them. Rueben went to great extremes to get me the best deal on my trade-in Ram and for the 2007 charger. The whole experience was great and left the dealership as happy as anyone could ask for. I highly recommend this dealership if you need a great deal, kind/laidback salesmen, and a straight foward staff. More
I Walked into Taylor thinking I was buying a used 04 VW. My lease was up on my 2008 VW and they had a used one I really wanted. I spoke with Seth in the internet Department and he had everything ready for u My lease was up on my 2008 VW and they had a used one I really wanted. I spoke with Seth in the internet Department and he had everything ready for us when we arrived, he is a bit newer at the dealership but made sure we were well taken care of. . Our deal was handed off to Tim the ISM. He noticed right away that I was not in love with this used vw, asked me a few questions about my needs and wants. 15 min later he pulled up a new Chrysler 200 pretty loaded up. At first I thought hmm I will not like this car, BUT it had everything I was looking for and MORE. Tim listened to what I wanted took the time to show me everything this car offered. I had an amazing experience and am now once again a proud owner of a Detroit car! This is an amazing dealer I cannot be happier!!! More

Great customer service. My sales person was Jake Hendershot. Jake went above and beyond the normal job routine to help me find the perfect vehicle to match what I was looking for in a vehicle, He Hendershot. Jake went above and beyond the normal job routine to help me find the perfect vehicle to match what I was looking for in a vehicle, He had also recommend another car for me however; it was stick shift and I do not drive stick shift. What did impress me was how hard all individuals worked to make this deal happen, considering I am on a very tight budget. Thanks to Jim Crosswell who took extra time and phone calls to find someone to provide me the credit for the car loan. The extra time to make a phone call to follow to make sure everything was ok and that I was happy is something we just do not find much anymore. I will definitely refer this dealership and Jake to my friends. More

I have not been happy about my experience with my 2004 Dodge Ram. By the time it reached 100,000 miles I had put nearly $6000 into my truck. Both bedsides were rusted completely through at 60,000 miles Dodge Ram. By the time it reached 100,000 miles I had put nearly $6000 into my truck. Both bedsides were rusted completely through at 60,000 miles and of course Dodge said..."We there is noting we can do...It is out of warranty." At 100,000 miles the whole rear end needed replacing! That was almost $3000 dollars! After is was said and done my last episode nearly cost $2000 for an new module that was not available any where in this county and it had to be ordered from China and It would take at least a week to get it fixed! Needless to say Mr. Hendershot did a great job as a salesman! It took some serious banter back and fourth, but the Taylor Dodge Crew give me what I feel as a great deal. And they really stepped up to the plate and backed me up on giving me a deal on my trade. More
