We were looking for a new car - liked Jeep but didn't know if it was in our budget - we are retired - had not looked for a new car in over 14 years - Steve Olson was great - he didn't push us - he rather know if it was in our budget - we are retired - had not looked for a new car in over 14 years - Steve Olson was great - he didn't push us - he rather guided us to a good fit for us - worked with us on a model, color and options that would work for us. They had what we wanted right on the lot. Scott Clausing was great to work with - he took the time to find us a financial institution for our loan - as stated before we are retired and it is a different time in our lives than when we were both working. Both Steve and Scott were great to work with. The whole dealership has been very helpful getting us select a new car and financing that works for us. We are looking forward to many, many trips with car and we have good a good support system in place for our future 2012 Jeep Compass's maintenance needs. Good people. We had excellent service overall from Taylor. Tim took excellent care of us and answered all of our questions. Even though we were buying a used car rather than a new car, we felt like we were just as val excellent care of us and answered all of our questions. Tim and the other staff at Taylor are very friendly and approachable. They aren't like those other car dealerships where you feel like you are being hounded from the minute you get onto the lot. Absolutely nothing negative to say about this dealership! This is the one dealership I hadn't gone to, and when I walked in, I wasn't sure I'd be leaving with a car. When he knew it was possible for me to get one, he showed me a car with a rebate so I could get out from under my other car. Kevin was Very understanding , friendly, and eager to help put me in the right vehicle, without being pushy or trying to hurry us.He was patient(we looked at 5 different vehicles) and informative about each vehicle.I would recommend stopping by to see Kevin the next time you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, he won't rush you or make you feel like you HAVE to buy it NOW,he gives you the space you need to discuss it with your partner.
