I have dealt with alot of car dealers/salesmen in the past. Can honestly say I've never been that anxious to deal with them :( Always feel like I get a HUGE run around even when you go in with somethin past. Always had to play those games where you had to wait while they "went and checked with the infamous manager", would come back and seemed you just kept playing the game. With Ray, we went in, told him what we had been given as an offer at another dealership, told him we were going to be purchasing a car and just wanted the best deal we could get for the money I was wanting to spend. Never had to play the car dealer games, I was given and offer, we did the pinkie swear and I'm now driving my new 2013 Jeep Compass. Liked Ray so much I've already recommended him to a friend this morning. Hopefully won't need a new vehicle too soon but I will definitely go BACK to Ray and I will recommend him to anyone I know that's looking for a vehicle. Honestly felt that he was being totally honest with me and when he said God Bless as I left the 1st night I knew I had come to the right person!!! Cannot say enough good things about Ray!!! Have to say this is the best experience I have ever had in buying a car. More

Our mechanic recommended Taylor and specifically Ray after we took our other car to him and it was past the point of no return. We talked to Ray and explained the situation, not much of a trade in, n after we took our other car to him and it was past the point of no return. None of it was a problem and he said he would do what he could.....we test drove only 1 car and loved it :) We have had a few issues with said car (GM issues NOT Taylor issues) and they have resolved them all, telling us they would deal with the Chevy dealer or GM if that was needed. While it was a pain in the butt.... it was nice to not have to deal with anyone other than Taylor employees. They have made life long customers from our family. I have given Ray's name to a couple of friends already too!! More

I was at another dealer who was suposed to have my Jeep ready for me and that didnt happen. I recieved a Call back from Steve Olson who I had spoke with the day before saying that he had 4 on the lot to lo ready for me and that didnt happen. My girlfriend and I decided to stop by Taylor Dodge to look around. While we were looking around we were meet by Jake. He was very friendly and easy going. We looked at a few vehicles and he was very specific on finding us the right vehicle while not being pushy like previous salesmen I've dealt with in the past. We then went inside and tried to put some numbers together. As we did that we meet his father Eric, who was also very helpful and friendly. After crunching some numbers together the previous vehicle we had chosen just wouldn't quite meet our budget the way we needed it to. It was not their fault, they did everything in their power to try and make it work. So all they asked is for the opportunity to find us something else that we would be just as happy with before we looked else well. Which we were more then happy to do, due to their overall helpfulness and treatment. No dealership that I've been to before has had that genuine relaxed friendly environment. They quickly went to work and found several other options that would meet our budget that we needed to keep. Jake was very adamant about finding us the right vehicle and not letting us settle on something that we wouldn't like. We ended up deciding on a Dodge Avenger, however we needed the night to make sure it would meet our budget and think about our decision. They were both more then happy to let us take the time we needed. We were told to contact Jake the following day with our decision even though it was his day off. He was flexible and made it work to where it would fit our schedule. We were then turned over to the finance manager Scott. He made sure to find us the best available rate. Over all I'd say this is the best car buying experience I've ever had and would highly recommend them to everyone I know. More
