I stopped in to just look at the inventory and Chad Milliron approached me as I was looking at one of the wrangler sports on the lot. We eventually went inside to look at the numbers. Chad and Eric were very easy to deal with and quickly arrived at a price I was impressed with. I went home looked at a few more deals and went back up the following weekend and bought the Jeep. I was very happy with the complete experience. My friend is the general manager of a Honda dealership in my hometown, so I know a little about how things work and I found Taylor Jeep to be a very down to earth dealership, unlike most I have dealt with. I was in the market for a new vehicle because my previous one, a Dodge Neon, was ten years old. I knew I wanted a mini-SUV and not much beyond that. I will fully admit that I know practically nothing about c one, a Dodge Neon, was ten years old. I knew I wanted a mini-SUV and not much beyond that. I will fully admit that I know practically nothing about cars and even less about buying them (in fact, I brought my parents with me). Kevin was extremely helpful, very forthcoming with information without being pushy. I went in not knowing which questions to ask, but he made things very easy for me. This was the third dealership I visited that day, and he was by far the best salesman. I would have to say that it definitely influenced my final decision. I ended up buying a 2012 Jeep Liberty. The process was smooth, and though the dealership was fairly busy at that time (this was a late Saturday afternoon), everyone seemed organized. (Like I said, this was the third dealership I had visited that day, and my experience at the previous one was pretty much a 180 of this one.) Kevin was very kind and helpful, and because the buying process happened late in the day, he ended up staying with us after hours to show me all the features on the vehicle. Even though the dealership had closed, he took his time and didn't seem rushed at all. He answered all my questions and told me that if something came up that I didn't know how to do, I should just return to the dealership the following week and ask for him. As for the car itself, I didn't even know that I was in the market for a Jeep Liberty--I had been considering the Ford Escape or Chevy Equinox--but this car was simply my favorite to drive. Aesthetically, it was also my favorite--I like the boxy look, which also lends itself to the best visibility for the driver. I think the Liberty was also the shortest of the three from end to end, which is good for me because I live in the city and have to park on the street. (Yes, I drove down from Chicago to buy a car in my hometown.) The car has a number of features that I wasn't necessarily looking for--leather seats, 4-wheel drive, etc.--but I ended up getting a really great deal because it was 2012 inventory. Like I said, I know nothing about cars and even less about buying them, but I left very, very happy, and so far I'm very happy with my new car, too! More

I was given excellent customer service as soon as I arrived at Taylor Chysler Doddge. They were able to get me financed even with my poor credit rating. I am more than satisfied with the vehicle I purchased and am confident that when it comes time for me to get a newer vehicle in the future, I will definately be returning to Taylor Chrysler and will be referring any of my friends and family to them as well. I've bought a RAM 1500 and a Chrysler 200, both from Tim. Every selection and test drive Tim Explained everything in extreme detail, which is very helpful. He is willing to answer all questions that you will have, even after the purchase. He returns your phone calls and isn't pushy like other delearships that I've been to. Even after I bought my truck there, I had a problem with a missing item, called Tim and right away they got the part and fixed it, no hassles or problems. Scott was great with Finacing and was extremely helpful on Warranty Options and any Finacing Questions. I've had Great Service from all of the employees at Taylor and will continue to go back to them and refer them to anyone that's looking for a new car or truck. More
Ray Marko was amazing to work with. He listened to what we wanted and fought to get us the best deal. Didnt feel like i was dealing with a car salesman, but someone who actually cared.
