So my husband called and asked if we could change the color. Jim Crosswell and Steve were so nice. They immediately started to look for the new color.They found the van and had it shipped right away. I came in the dealership looking for a new car for a reasonable price, and came upon the 2013 Dodge Dart. I was looking for a Jeep, it didnt matter used or new and I owed on the car I had, didnt know if i could afford to trade in for a jeep. The first day I visited the Chrysler Taylor Dodge Jeep Ram Dealership I went alone without my husband just to see what they had. I was very nervous, being a woman and my past experiences with sales men, but Brain Burghorn was very nice and not pushy at all. I felt comfortable with him. When we decided to purchase the jeep our Finance Manager was Scott Clausing. He was very helpful on answering questions about some different coverage plans. I felt like he was truely trying to help us, not just trying to add on extra expenses, like we usually feel like they do.
