I just want to say that Brian Burghorn and Rueben Minton really know how to take care of customers/business. We found the car we had been looking for on the internet listed at Taylors. Ruben answered the phone and was very polite and helpful. We negotiated the price over the phone. Because of family matters and Taylor being closed on Sunday we couldn't make it in until Monday. Ruben wanted us to put a deposit down to hold the car,which we didn't want to do, so he put money down to hold it(so he says!)for us. When we came in on Monday the car was there waiting for us. Ruben greeted us and introduced us to Tim who took us to go through the car. We got there around noon and took the car out for a test drive. Tim told us to be back by 9pm! Which we thought was funny. My ony complain was waiting to sign the paper work which took a bit to long. I could see a salesman in Scott's office joking around, while we were waiting to see him to sign papers. Once we got in there the paper signing went fast. Tim was wonderful to work with. He answered every question we had. Kept us informed on what was going on the whole time. We had a wonderful experience at Taylors. Even though we live about 70 miles away. We would definatly travel to buy our next car there because of this. We left Taylors with the car of our dreams and Tim filled the tank because we traveled so far to get there. Thanks Tim we will be back. More
