I would highly recommend Jake Hendershot to anyone who is looking to buy a car. I was looking to buy my fist "car" and being a female, I was very skeptical about the kind of treatment I would receive. Jake H looking to buy a car. He was there every step of the process explaining,and really listening to what my needs and wants were. Jake was very knowledgeable and caring. He makes you feel as if you, the customer,really matter. Jake by far exceeds excellent customer service!!He wasn't the stereotypical pushy car salesman who is full of gimmicks and lines That You Hear about. I never liked going to dealerships because of salesmen, but Taylor changed that. I've never experienced better place of business. There were no pushy salesperson or push to sell me a car. Chad was a wonderful help with describing the vehicle and it equipment to us. He gave us coffee to warm us since is was a cold evening. When it came time to work with finance Chad kept us informed on how s it equipment to us. He gave us coffee to warm us since is was a cold evening.
