Taylor Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

This was my second time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership and my husband's first. We were at the dealership from a little before 11:30 am to just after 3pm. During our time there we looked at 2 cars, one of which we didn't like at all and one that I absolutely loved. Our salesman was Ray Marko and he was great. He was running around, literally, the entire time helping multiple people. He made sure to be up front and honest with us about every aspect of the process which I really liked. He also made us feel welcomed and involved. Once we had decided on what we wanted & been approved for the loan we dealt with Scott Clausing in order to sign all of the paperwork. We were only with him for a brief amount of time due to my husband having to leave for work but in that time he explained everything pretty well and seemed very sincere. I would definitely recommend these two to others! The only real issue that I had with them is that I feel the price we are paying for our vehicle is more than it is worth but that may or may not be due to credit issues. I am uncertain. More
