I went in to try purchasing a car I had my eye on..I did not leave with the car I went in for but left with a newer car with a lot less miles that I LOVED! Ray was the one who sold me the car and he had sho not leave with the car I went in for but left with a newer car with a lot less miles that I LOVED! Ray was the one who sold me the car and he had showed me a few but I did not like them he did not give up until he found me the car that I absolutely loved! He got my payments in my price range I was aiming for! Overall I was very pleased with the service and I would reccomend everyone to check them out. More

Ray Marko, a salesman for over 15 years, is knowledgeable, courteous, customer oriented and above all cares about the customers needs/requirements above all else. I spent less than 5 minutes un knowledgeable, courteous, customer oriented and above all cares about the customers needs/requirements above all else. I spent less than 5 minutes unattended looking among their well stocked assortment of used and new vehicles. Within 2 hours I was signing the paperwork for the vehicle that met, and exceeded my needs in all areas. A 2003 Dodge Durango, that was excellent in used condition. This purchase experience from a car dealership is by far the best experience I've had shopping for a vehicle. 3 years prior I purchased a Nissan Altima 2008 from a rival dealer across town, Napleton Auto Sales, Mercedes Dealer, and Taylor Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram puts Napleton to shame in all categories; Inventory, Diversity, Quality, Customer Service, even the dealers comfortable vibe you get walking through the door. They even have a kiosk for vending, drinks, and coffee for the longer stays while you purchase a vehicle or just go in for maintenance. I'd give 6 stars in all categories if it was possible. Keep up your hard work Ray, and Katlyn Demack as well, her great attitude and customer focus made things easier as we were completing some of the prep paperwork. This was my second time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership and my husband's first. We were at the dealership from a little before 11:30 am to just after 3pm. During our time there we looked at 2 ca dealership and my husband's first. We were at the dealership from a little before 11:30 am to just after 3pm. During our time there we looked at 2 cars, one of which we didn't like at all and one that I absolutely loved. Our salesman was Ray Marko and he was great. He was running around, literally, the entire time helping multiple people. He made sure to be up front and honest with us about every aspect of the process which I really liked. He also made us feel welcomed and involved. Once we had decided on what we wanted & been approved for the loan we dealt with Scott Clausing in order to sign all of the paperwork. We were only with him for a brief amount of time due to my husband having to leave for work but in that time he explained everything pretty well and seemed very sincere. I would definitely recommend these two to others! The only real issue that I had with them is that I feel the price we are paying for our vehicle is more than it is worth but that may or may not be due to credit issues. I am uncertain. More

Ray is a WONDERFUL salesman... So full of energy and really enjoys what he does. He made us feel as we were doing business with a friend; he talked about his wife and daughter as well as asked about our really enjoys what he does. We went in to Taylor Dodge and was immediately greeted and assisted to. It is a very friendly enviroment and they will do anything to make you happy. We went in with a budget on a used car and we were pai and assisted to. It is a very friendly enviroment and they will do anything to make you happy.
