I saw an ad on Auto trader for a 2006 Nissan 350z that they had at the dealership. I am from Janesville WI which is almost a 3 hour drive to the lot. Tim was very helpful over the phone and came up with the the information that I needed so I didn't drive all the way down there for nothing. We worked a deal over the phone, (especially when I am tading a car in as well) which is hard to do without phyically looking at both cars. When my brother and I got to the dealership and saw my soon to be vehicle, I was super impressed and looked better in person than the photos. Tim was very polite and I am very happy with the service I got from him. I drove the car back home 3 hours, after getting out of the car I smelt a burning rubber smell coming from the engine area. This is less than 24 hours of having the vehicle. The next morning I called the dealership and told them the issue I was having. So I took it to the Nissan dealership by my house, come to think of it the clutch was going on the car. After hearing the price of how much the clutch would cost I was stressing out. Called and talk to Tim and they actually covered the whole total of the clutch!!!!! The only thing I paid for was for them to check it out. If they wouldn't of done that, it would of cost me a heavy penny. Some dealerships wouldn't even offer to cover 10% of the issue, but they covered 100%. To me for a dealership to pay for the clutch without any grief, IS CUSTOMER SERVICE and made my experience of buying a car one that I will remember! Thank you for everything and I am loving the car!
