Taylor Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

We are dodge people, but dealerships are where we struggle to find satisfaction. We have owned 14 dodges over the span of 30 years, so we always hope to find a dealership that we can stick with. Found one years ago but when ownership changed we were treated as strangers and decided to search again. Now why we have recently bought our 2nd new dodge here at Taylor. Prices? No not really. They are fair for sure but not over the top deals in our case. We bought here because of the service. That is where we have found the best prices and deals. They seem to have a desire for our long term enjoyment of our vehicle and experience with the vehicle. ( maybe to get our future business, I don't know, doesn't matter. It works. ) example: we picked up our new vehicle on Wednesday and Thursday dinged it with a sharp metal object. Panic! To fix it we used touch up paint and rubbed compound on it and buffed it out. Now we had a ding and 8 inch swirl marks like you would not believe( suggestion: read about how to properly care for your clear coat, it's not like the older cars. ) all the websites told us that the only fix is to repaint the whole door...not happy. We called Chad and he said no worries we can fix it no need to repaint. ( yeah for how much). After they fixed it my husband asked what the bill was? $$$ no charge. The head body guy would not accept a tip even. ( forgot his name...but excellent work). This is just our latest experience with them. But experiences like this are why we will come back here. They all seem to work as a team here caring about the reputation of the other team members. Not defending them but cooperating with them if there is confusion. We recommended Chad to our friend who is deaf, she ended up buying a used car here and is so happy. I know that they will not take advantage of her and that puts my mind at ease. Bottom line: this is a dealership that cares about its long term reputation in the community and that is reflected in their dealings. I would and have recommended this dealership to others. More

Overall a pleasant experience. Ray went out of his way to make us feel welcome and make sure we were happy with the vehicle we chose. The price was good with a RR Donnelley supplier discount. Me(Blair) and my mother (Dawn) went to Taylor looking for a van that would be useable for my father who has become paralyzed due to an automobile accident. Scott is the guy who worked with Ray whom was the o a van that would be useable for my father who has become paralyzed due to an automobile accident. Scott is the guy who worked with Ray whom was the one who showed us the cars. Together these two great gentlemen got us a GREAT deal. My mom was expecting some piece of run down junk because we never thought we could get anything nice with having next to nothing for money. After 6 long, yet short, hours spent at the dealership we signed papers with Scott who got helped us by a BRAND NEW Dodge Caravan (2013) with only 9 miles on it when we drove out of that parking lot. We couldn't and still can't believe how everything came together!! My dad will be home within the next two weeks and we have our van! More
