Taylor's was recommended to us when we were in need of a used car quickly. Since I already knew Jake Hendershot that's the salesman that we went to see. Jake listened to what we were looking for and the amount of money we had to spend. He came up with several possibilities that we narrowed down to a PTCruiser and the 2006 Chevy Equinox. After driving both we decided on the Equinox. Unfortunetly things weren't that straight forward. Within the first few days we starting having issues cutting out and dying. Jake was very good when we brought this to his attention. He made sure that we had car to drive and that everything got taken care of on my car. It took some time to diagnose the problem but once they did it has great ever since. Eric and Jake were wonderful about making sure that we were taken care of whatever we needed. I felt like I was their only customer every time I came in the office. Even though we had a couple of issues with the car, I gave Taylor's all 5s because those problems were beyond their control and they went out of their way to correct the problem and make sure that I was happy.
