This was a GREAT place to deal with. Chad was awesome to deal with and enjoyed meeting him, the other sales people were so easy to talk to also. A recent car crash put us into the position of needed a car without time to shop around. We called Ray and told him our thoughts. Stopped in on Friday night, he had five cars to show us. I spent the weekend doing some research and looking at prices online for similar cars. Taylor had a great price and I knew the history of my new car. We went back Monday morning to close the deal. Very simple process, never once have I had buyers remorse dealing with these guys. This is my third new pre-owned purchase from Ray, since 2004. All very solid cars! I would recommend Ray, Jim and Taylor. More

I stopped by Taylor on the way home on a whim as I was in the market for a moderately priced used vehicle. Over a 2-3 month period, I looked at dozens if not hundreds of vehicles online, through private sel the market for a moderately priced used vehicle. Over a 2-3 month period, I looked at dozens if not hundreds of vehicles online, through private sellers, through Mom & Pop used car lots, and at other dealerships. At Taylor, I was quickly greeted by Mr. Randy Ayers, and he thoroughly listened to my needs for a used vehicle. We walked the lot and discussed options for vehicles as well as the general vehicle market today. With Randy, I never felt pressured to purchase something that I was not comfortable with, and it seemed as though he and the rest of the Taylor staff were interested in finding the right fit for me. While other salesmen through different companies were gruff, condescending, and skirting the line of dishonesty, Randy and the rest at Taylor were incredibly honest, upfront, and fair in negotiating for my vehicle. While I did end up paying more than I had anticipated, I got the vehicle that was the right fit for me at this time, and I couldn't be happier with it so far. Aside from Randy, Mr. Scott Clausing was incredibly helpful with determining financing and extended warranty options. Like with my shopping experience, I never felt pressured to purchase something that wasn't the right fit for me. I was provided with plenty of information to make an informed decision, and I never felt oversold (i.e. there wasn't a "push" toward a particular option). The financial component of purchasing the vehicle was incredibly smooth, and I am incredibly happy with my purchase. Based on my experiences, Taylor is an incredible location to purchase a vehicle - earning 2013 Illinois Dealer of the Year speaks to their excellence. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and truly strives to ensure the customer is satisfied with their purchase. This was my first vehicle purchase, and assuming I settle in this area in the future, I am certain that I will gladly purchase vehicles from Taylor in the future. More
