I had called him in the afternoon to inquire about a used vehicle listed online; I wanted to be sure it was still in stock before my husband and I made the drive to check it out. I also wanted to be sure the vehicle didn't smell like smoke and inquire about its overall condition. Brian wasn't scheduled to work that night, but he came in on his own time to meet with my husband and I about the vehicle. I was extremely pleased to find the description Brian gave me over the phone was accurate. This was our first experience purchasing a used vehicle from someone we didn't know; we were nervous. Reaching an agreement on the price of the vehicle was straight-forward...no games or pressure. Eight days after we had the vehicle, the check engine light came on. We were disappointed, to say the least. Brian asked us to bring the vehicle to their service department for inspection, and they found there was a part that needed replaced. We expected we would have to share in the cost of the repairs, but this dealership insisted on making things right and took care of the problem free of charge. They truly wanted us to be happy with our purchase. Wow! We never expected such great customer service from a car dealership. When purchasing a used vehicle, there are so many choices; I am glad we chose to buy our used vehicle from Taylor Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Everyone we have come in contact with at the dealership is very kind and respectful. They care about their customers and stand by what they sell. You can purchase from them with confidence. More

I went in expecting to be turned down for a vehicle due to credit issues. I actually initially went in for a trade-in quote on a "98 chrysler town and country lxi. Once again Chad Milliron continues to amaze me. He goes above & beyond to make his customers feel important. I had been discussing different options for a new 4 door Jeep with Chad since Saturday, 5/25/13 above & beyond to make his customers feel important. I had been discussing different options for a new 4 door Jeep with Chad since Saturday, 5/25/13 but by Tuesday, 5/28/13 after Chad spent countless hours with the finance guys to get the numbers where I wanted them I decided I was going to hold off on the purchase of a new Jeep. Chad was very understanding of my decision. Well, needless to say by Wednesday morning I had once again changed my mind, so I called Chad and told him of the 3 jeeps I had seen on their website that I wanted to look at. My husband and I showed up to find that Chad had all 3 Jeeps sitting up front waiting for us to test drive. Since he had already ran our numbers the day before, all we had to do is make a decision. Long story short, we bought a 2013 Jeep Wrangler. Chad & Scott, the finance guy, finished our paperwork quickly and we were on our way. Over the last few years we have bought quite a few vehicles from Chad and the Taylor people and we have NEVER had a bad experience. They are never pushy and give you the time you need to make your choice. Love these people and will definitely go back. More

I told him what I wanted and didn't want in a vehicle. I also told him I was not in a hurry. I wanted to look around and rule out other vehicles. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles he showed me and not pushy. I was very happy with the treatment I got at Taylor. In fact, it was hard going to other places to look at vehicles because they did not treat me like they did at Taylor. I knew that I wanted to purchase my vehicle at Taylor because I was treated so well by everyone. Scott even stayed late that night to close our deal. I felt bad because he and Kevin were staying late. They felt bad for my being there late. I'm glad to be a part of the Taylor experience. It was terrific!!! More
