This was my first experience buying a car via internet. I live in Tennessee and assumed there would be challenges trying to buy a car sight unseen from this far away. There were no issues with paperwork, shipping, financing... nothing. This is one dealership that leaves me with hope there are still good corporate citizens left in this country. I needed a new vehicle for a new job I am starting and went in to see Brian hoping he could help. I, along with my parents, have bought every car we have owned through Brian and will continue to do so as went in to see Brian hoping he could help. Brian and I sat down to discuss what I needed and wanted, as well as payment expectations. By the next visit, he had a couple of vehicles picked out that would fit the criteria, we drove them and decided on one. The best part is that the input I receive from Brian is always straight forward. He won't try to put me in a vehicle that I don't want or need just for the sake of a better sale. He takes time to make sure it fits my needs and that I'm comfortable. This has allowed me to develope an unwaivoring trust in him that I will not be "hung out to dry". I feel sorry for anyone that buys a vehicle and doesn't get this same experience. As for the finance side of things, Scott made that process incredibly easy. He was thorough and detailed, but was quick to make sure I understood everything as we went along. Overall, I could not be happier with my experience at Taylor. Not only will I direct any of my personal automobile needs to them, I will suggest them to any of my family and friends that are in search of a vehicle. More

I hope that Aaron Hendershot get's an at a boy too , although Aaron was on vacation the day we came in to truck shop.I also want to thank Jim Crosswell too ,as i think he had something to do with the fact, we drove home the same evening with a brand new, less than 400 miles on it, truck. On top of all of the down to earth approuch from all of the names of the great team at Taylor Dodge i mentioned.............we go home with an un heard of Lifetime Warranty on this purchase no matter how many miles are on it when Anything goes south, it's covered. I think the act at Taylor Dodge will be a real hard act to follow.The price was very competitive with the other dealerships i visited, Service was outstanding including the detail crew and young man installing our plates and front plate mount. And as for our overall experience, it was flawless as far as i'm concerned and would commend all of these people for an outstanding job. More

He was very knowledgable and eager to show us all the features especially the electronics of our new car. Sales Manager Eric Hendershot brought a down home feeling explaining the buying and trading portion of car sales making it easy to understand. Director of Finance, Scott Clausing took time to leave his daughters ball game to spend extra time with us explaining all of our options and directing us to the plan that best fit our needs. Even the sales people we did not work directly with were very friendly and courteous, opening doors and directing us to who we needed to see. Special thanks to Don Duncan for sharing with us his experience at Taylor. We would have rated everyone at Taylor higher than a 5 but that was as high as it went.
