I'm going to be honest. I went into the dealership with the attitude of thinking that I was going to be taken advantage of. I had gone to the dealership after seeing my 2001 Lincoln on the internet t with the attitude of thinking that I was going to be taken advantage of. I had gone to the dealership after seeing my 2001 Lincoln on the internet that I had purchased through Taylor. When we got there Ruben pulled the car that I had driven 2 hours for. It was cleaned nicely and as my dad and I were looking at the car John Crawford came up introduced himself and then backed up and let us take our time to inspect the car without hassling us. We took the car for a test drive and I fell in love with it. When we got back John left us alone in the car and went back into the show room so we could discuss whether or not the Lincoln was for me. Never once did I feel pressured into buying the car. John was very patient as I was making my decision and answered all of my questions. Buying a car is a big deal for me and felt very comfortable in the buying process. John helped in the excitement of buying my own car while we were waiting to sign papers and get the keys. Overall my experience at Taylor was a very good one and I felt that the 2 hours there and 2 hours back was well worth it. More
