I purchased a used Cadillac from Taylor Chrysler through an eBay auction. I submitted an offer on the auction. I received an email from Chad M. stating that my offer was accepted, but that I should come loo an eBay auction. I submitted an offer on the auction. I really appreciated their honesty. I went to look at the car and it was acceptable to me even with the small dent. Chad and the other employees were very helpful and friendly. I was looking for an orange Challenger SRT-8 found one online at Taylor that was in transit, emailed Tim asked when it was coming in, finding out it had just arrived he offered to have it prepped for me t online at Taylor that was in transit, emailed Tim asked when it was coming in, finding out it had just arrived he offered to have it prepped for me to come look at it, after answering all MY questions that I had we made an appoinment for me to drive down and see the car. Tim worked around my time frame since i would be driving from the Schaumburg area to their Dealership in Bourbonnais. I was pleased that in all emails that Tim and I exchanged he had not asked me the first question all salesman ask "whats it gonna take". Very professional and customer focused what a relief! Went to see car the next day TIm had it ready for me to test drive and took time to discuss car and its features with me , again no pressure to "take it home today". After explaining the need for a lease Bryan worked with me and was very committed to working with me on my request. What a GREAT experience at a dealership they will defianetly become my choice of dealer for future Dodge products and will be the Dodge dealer I would reccomend to others!!!
