THE PRICE WAS SURPRISINGLY AFFORDABLE, WE WERE UPSIDE DOWN ON OUR 2007 BUICK LUCERNE, BUT THEY GAVE US A FAIR PRICE AND GOT OUR PAYMENT IN THE RANGE WE COULD AFFORD. RAY SHOWED US THE PRICE OUR JEEP LISTED FOR ON THE INTERNET SO WE WERE CONFIDENT WE WERE GETTING A GOOD AND FAIR PRICE. I APPRECIATED JAMIE IN THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT, HE DIDN'T TRY TO UPSELL US MORE THAN WE COULD AFFORD. WE TOOK OUT THE BUMPER TO BUMPER AND STILL STAYED IN OUR BUDGET PAYMENT. I WORK IN A BANK AND EXTRODINARY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS CONSTANTLY IN THE FORE FRONT OF OUR DAILY INTERACTION WITH OUR CUSTOMERS. I was looking for a vehicle for a month or two, and had been given the run around by many dealerships. I had lost hope and was about to resort to private sellers. Kevin was extremely patient and continuously worked with my wife and I to find a reliable vehicle that could fit in our price range. They even allowed us to take the vehicle home for a couple days to make sure the fit was right to our lifestyle. After it was settled Jamie Sykes filed our paper work and here is the kicker. Though the price was settled they reduced the price so, that with the interest, the monthly payments would still be in our price range. I must say I have bought my fair share of vehicles and NO other dealership has had the kind hearted, down to Earth people that Taylor has so proudly employed. So if you're looking for an efficient little car, a muscled V8, a "Good 'Ol Boy's" truck, or a family safe SUV, I implore to allow the fine people at Taylor to help you out.
