My parents have bought their cars at Taylor Chrysler Dodge Jeep for years. They decided to buy my new car there as well. I was looking for a newer and smaller SUV. I seen the white dodge nitro online and called. Randy had the truck at the store that day for us to look at. I was amazed. There is a bit of irony with all of this, in buying the nitro I was down sizing from a Cadillac Escalade, which was a big change but as life has it there was a good reason we got this nitro without even knowing that day. 5 days after my purchase my husbands biopsy results were returned as stage 3 cancer and now we will be driving around 200 miles to the center he will be receiving treatment. So not knowing I had gotten a new SUV that I love and one that is going to help with better gas milage for our journey. Thank you again for making this a wonderful experience. More

Our experience overall was great. Buying a car is honestly never fun because of all the hassle let alone doing it with your 9 month old son. All of our needs, wants, and concerns were addressed with each vehicle we looked at. If something was unclear or misunderstood Chad took the time to explain it again. The customer service throughout the dealership was fantastic. We were always made to feel comfortable and everyone we encountered in the dealership was very friendly. Car shopping with a baby is not easy and sadly today many establishments are not baby/nursing mom friendly. The dealership was very baby friendly and accommodations were made so I could nurse my son comfortably while finishing up purchasing the vehicle. I was very impressed with the attitude of the dealership and accommodations that were made for us. In today's society that speaks volumes to us as parents and I know that it would to other parents as well. I would recommend Taylor Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to anyone looking for a new or used car.
