This was a GREAT experience!!!! I just bought a used chevrolet at a dodge dealership and they treated me like I was buying a new viper!! When I initially called to inquire about the truck, Ed (salesman) chevrolet at a dodge dealership and they treated me like I was buying a new viper!! When I initially called to inquire about the truck, Ed (salesman) was very nice. When I told Ed that I lived over an hour away and didn't want to make the drive on a whim. He told me that if I came up, and if we couldn't make a deal, he would personally give me my gas money!!! So with nothing to lose I made the 75 mile drive and am very glad I did!! The vehicle I was interested in was just as Ed had described, definitely no disappointments!!! When we started running numbers , I was vey shocked at how close we were. VERY reasonably priced and they gave me a lot more for my trade than I expected. Ed really did his job well and got me the deal I wanted. It almost felt like he was working for me and looking out for my best interest and not the dealerships. With the haggling out of the way, it was time to take care of paperwork. Bryan Davis (finance director) was just a down to earth guy. I could tell he was just a laid back country boy like myself. He even got me a finance rate lower than my own bank would offer. I was amazed. Both Ed and Bryan went above and beyond to make me feel like a friend, not a customer!!! It really felt like i was buying from my neighbor, not a stranger.
