Smooth transaction I’ve been in the market to upgrade my truck for over a year, waiting for my desired numbers to be reachable. End of Summer/Labor day sales had the in I’ve been in the market to upgrade my truck for over a year, waiting for my desired numbers to be reachable. End of Summer/Labor day sales had the incentives to make the numbers close to my “homework” numbers. Still needed a little assistance on the dealership’s end. I told them where I needed to be and I’d buy if they reached it. Jim made sure it happened and gave his approval and Sergio tied up all loose ends and wrapped it up for us. And thanks to Kevin for crossing all the t’s and dotting the i’s! Overall, it was by far my smoothest hassel free experience, quick and to the point. This was my fourth truck and sixth vehicles total from Taylor.
