He showed us a vehicle that was traded in the night before and we bought it pretty much on the spot. It needed to be detailed and some small repairs so we didn't take it home. We were kept updated on the service and the vehicle was ready when promised. Ray was great and so was Frank his assistant. What is really great is when I picked the car up I was shown how the features worked and was given the time and attention to feel comfortable driving away in my 2015 Escalade. The sale was over but Ray and Frank took the time that made my experience exceptional. Would recommend the dealership and Ray to anyone I know. Thanks. More
