VIP Treatment I stopped by on Friday evening looking for a nice sedan. With a tight budget and a low value trade-in, I wasn't sure if it would be possible. Ray wa I stopped by on Friday evening looking for a nice sedan. With a tight budget and a low value trade-in, I wasn't sure if it would be possible. Ray was very attentive to both my budget constraints and my desire for a solid V6 sedan with an above basic trim package. He was great to work with. After looking at a beautiful '16 Chevy Malibu that wasn't the "one", he said he'd have a '16 Ford Taurus brought down from the other store. I came in to see it on Saturday and it was perfect! Adam went to work on the financing and was able to stay within my budget. I was amazed how far above and beyond they went to get me into the right car. I was given the VIP treatment even with my small budget. The entire staff was very friendly and overall, it wasm pleasant experience. They have definitely earned my loyalty.
