Appreciate the recalls done but not happy about findings. Although I am satisfied that the dealership fixed my recall and did it in a timely matter. I do have concern about something that occurred while they were repairing it. No I'm not blaming them for the issue I just wish I was informed about it. I replaced my radiator about 6 months ago, it came with a broken fitting for the overflow hose. I repaired it and it has been fine for 6 months. When I got my car back I noticed some antifreeze leaking and I could smell it. I opened the hood and I found that the fitting on the radiator was knocked off and a screw was put in the radiator to plug it off. I know they were working in this area for the valve cover recall. The Overflow hose was tucked up behind the fuse box. I understand that the fitting was already broken previously so I was not upset that it came back off even though it has been fine for 6 months. I just wish I was informed about it when it happened and not have to find it when I noticed antifreeze leaking out of my radiator. I possibly may have even had the dealership put a new radiator in for me if they would have called me and told me but instead they decided to hide it and not say anything. I called the service manager Ken on July 28th @ 11:56 am and left him a voicemail, he never returned my phone call. So though I am satisfied that GM is repairing an issue on my car for free I do not appreciate not knowing that there was an issue during the repair. More

Just Awesome!! I have never had a negative experience at Taylor Chevrolet. I brag about this dealership to others where I work here in Florida for the military. If I could pull it off, I would rather take my new Impala all the way from Tampa to Taylor for an oil change instead of using the dealer within 2 miles of where I live! Its just the people at Taylor Chevrolet (Jen, Troy, Mark, Brian, Jody, just to name a few) are so awesome and helpful that I feel like they really are concerned for what I am looking for or need and not just a 'mark for a sale.'
