22 years of leasing - this was the best dealership ever I have been leasing autos for 22 years - I have never had an experience of leasing an auto that was quick, easy, and efficient - done mostly on the ph I have been leasing autos for 22 years - I have never had an experience of leasing an auto that was quick, easy, and efficient - done mostly on the phone. I went in signed the paperwork, drove away. I have been to the service department on 2 occasions: once for a new tire (got a nail in the tire). Taylor Chevrolet fitted a new one on in record time. The 2nd visit was for a first time oil change and tire rotation For the first time ever - I got a free oil change and tire rotation. I was shocked. Jordan Burns in the service department was friendly and efficient and made me feel like a valued customer. From the treatment I have gotten from Taylor Chevrolet - its not in words, but in actions that they actually follow through Its rare to be treated as a valued customer. Kudos to the staff. They are certainly the best. More
