Service consultant I asked to receive a list of previous service documents so that GM could review all the issues I have had with my truck. I was originally told to come in with my license to pick then up. I came in later that day and they were having issues finding the correct vehicle. Service consultant Jennifer H told us to come to her office and was extremely rude and was obviously annoyed by the request. She said that I had to send an email requesting them and they would only send them in mail. I sent the email while sitting there. She said if we're having problems with truck shutting down while driving to take it to auto zone, maybe they can figure out the code.( that is ridiculous since im paying $500 a month for the lease, the service dept should figure out why it shuts off while im driving it). The truck was in there several times for the same issue already. I called a few days later since I got no response from my email. She again was rude and said someone will call me back. No call back.. I went in to the dealership to talk to someone else and they directed me to Service Manager Mark Len.. He apologized for the inconvenience and said that made no sense to have to send an email to request the documents when I was there with my license. He immediately printed them for me and was very helpful and professional. As for Jennifer, if you choose to work in customer service, you need to remember what the title means...Customer Service means helping the customer. Not talking down to them and being rude. I've bought several vehicles at Taylor Chevrolet over the years but me and my family will not be returning customer. I went to a competitor for the same request and had what I needed in 5 min and no issues. More

Bad day? I'm reading these reviews, and I see great reviews on Jasen Raby. I contacted the dealership, and was instructed to submit an online credit applicatio I'm reading these reviews, and I see great reviews on Jasen Raby. I contacted the dealership, and was instructed to submit an online credit application and was told that it would be reviewed. Two days went by, nothing. I reached out multiple times to speak with Jasen, when I couldn't reach him, the operator transferred me to Jodi (Sales Manager) who then promised I would have an answer by the end of the day... 6:00, nothing. At around 6:45 I get a phonecall from an irate Jasen accusing me of complaining and calling his manager all day and becoming hostile (only called once because I hadn't heard from him). Extremely unpleasant experience. Wouldn't recommend submitting anything online. Terrible. Customers who visit are obviously priority over the online customers. I'll chalk it up to Mr. Raby having a bad day. More

Worst dealership experience in my life! This is now the second review I have written because after the first, I was contacted and asked to remove it and give them a second chance, well I did This is now the second review I have written because after the first, I was contacted and asked to remove it and give them a second chance, well I did and shouldn’t have! I received an email from this dealer stating that I was a preferred “GM customer” and that I could trade the keys to my current lease in early for keys to a brand new vehicle with no out of pocket cost and no increase in payment. Now of course, this is a scam, and it turned out to be, as I thought. I started dealing with them on Monday at 9am by noon I had the credit app filled out and then.... never heard a word. Called them, emailed them nothing. I have good credit so I knew that was not the problem so I say, “ok”, “whatever” and just leave a note that I am unhappy on Facebook and a negative review. Well, nothing gets attention like that, so by Tuesday at 3:00 or so, I had heard from the sales manager, the internet coordinator and a salesperson all apologizing and offering me the world just to give them another try. The sales manager told me he would personally take care of me and of course, I haven’t heard a word back from him after that even after I made him aware of the new issues that I had encountered. Haven’t heard from him or the General Manager of the dealership. Anyway, I agreed, removed my review and then it got worse. The incompetent salesperson they assigned, was rude and unhelpful. She wanted me to lease one of their courtesy/demo vehicles which I didn’t want. She was very annoyed when I would not do this. She quoted me a monthly payment of more than I am paying now and of course required a hefty some of money down. She pretty much told me to take it or leave it and the kicker is, she would not give me ONE detail about the vehicle she was quoting me after I asked several times. Ok, sure I’ll just agree to lease a Silverado I know nothing about. I am sure no one would have a problem with that. Stay away people. My neighbor warned me and so did a bunch of other people as soon as I posted my issues on my personal Facebook page. Please note that the comment they added below is pure garbage. Never treated so badly at a car dealer EVER. Don’t buy it!!! More
