Working with Diego was to say the least unpleasant. Rude, unprofessional & improperly trained. I purchased a 2022 Taos with tire insurance. I called 3 days prior and spoke with parts dept. to make sur Rude, unprofessional & improperly trained. I purchased a 2022 Taos with tire insurance. Diego called me legitimately 7 mins after I left to tell me that I need to find the company my tire insurance is under. I am fully aware that information can be accessed in their system through my warranty. How would I have that information when it is his job as the service advisor to figure that out 0/10 recommend. I have gotten tires changed on the past and it was never that difficult nor took over 24 hours. More
