The service manager met her and without even looking at her car or service history, he came up with this "official" handwritten quote for $1500 worth of work needing to be done in 60 seconds flat. She left the dealership and called a different Toyota dealership to confirm it was unnecessary. The tech at the other dealer confirmed half of this work was already done at the last service and the remaining was completely unnecessary for another 40,000 miles. Complete and utter scam. More
