Called yesterday to inquire about buying a new Toyota Corolla. A lady answered the phone and asked for my phone number. When I gave her my phone number, she was able to pull me up in the system. Then then started to interrogate me telling me she saw I not too long ago I bought a Toyota Corolla and asked why I wanted to buy another one. I told her me buying a car some time ago has nothing to do with me buying a car this time around. She replied that she just wants to know. I asked her to transfer me to a car sales manager. She did not transfer me but hung up the phone. Expressway Toyota used to be a sleazy car dealership, they got a little bit better before the pandemic and now are back to sleazy again. They do not respect customers at all! I will be taking my money elsewhere! More
