I had a great experience at this dealership due to various reasons. When I first walked into this dealership I was greeted immediatley by the General Sales Manager Bill Benjamin who was walking out as various reasons. He formally introduced himself to me and found one of his Sales Mangers Juan Banos to assist me rite away. I was very happy to have been helped by Juan who was very proffesional and great at finding the rite car for me based on my needs. Juan then instructed his salesperson Channing to bring the car around so that I could see it and test drive it. I felt that they really tried to make me happy and not take advantage of me because I was a woman and all alone. I am currently driving a 2009 Venza AWD... I am so happy with my decision. There were several custom settings regarding various operating parameters of the Prius that I requested which were handled by the service department perfectly. There were also some non-stock options that did not originally come with the car, such as body side moldings, that Bill arranged to have located and installed.
