I had a great experience at this dealership due to various reasons. When I first walked into this dealership I was greeted immediatley by the General Sales Manager Bill Benjamin who was walking out as various reasons. He formally introduced himself to me and found one of his Sales Mangers Juan Banos to assist me rite away. I was very happy to have been helped by Juan who was very proffesional and great at finding the rite car for me based on my needs. Juan then instructed his salesperson Channing to bring the car around so that I could see it and test drive it. I felt that they really tried to make me happy and not take advantage of me because I was a woman and all alone. I am currently driving a 2009 Venza AWD... I am so happy with my decision.
