I just got a 2011 toyota corolla and I really had wonderful experience there. The salesperson were really nice and helpful. He explained all the benifits that i could get to benifit myself, eventhough i had to decline them to save some money. After the smooth paperwork, here i was- driving my new car on the highway with smiling face, dont have to worry about my old car breaking down wany more. By the way, the date before i puchased the car was actually my real birthday in the Chinese Lunar calander. So i want to thank expresstoyota gave me such a wonderful expereience and wonderful day in their warm and friendly dealership. Being there, I felt that I was treated right. If i will get another car in the future, i will go to them again. More
I was interested in a vehicle this dealership was advertising on the internet. A 2010 Dodge Challenger RT Classic. I was interested in this vehicle because it was an automatic and I was looking to trade in my challenger, because it was a stick shift, and due to injuries on my back, I was forced to search for an automatic. I called the dealership and spoke with personnel from the internet office, I explained my situation to the internet manager and no promises were made, but they encouraged me to drive over 250 miles from New Jersey to their dealership. When I arrived the car they were selling, was exactly in the condition they mentioned, it was just as they had described. I arrived at the dealership and I was met with a young, very polite man, who turned out to be the owner's son, "Richard Boch III", he immediately got the keys, I inspected the vehicle and a few minutes later, we were in the office, working on the deal. I had the priveledge of meeting the owner, who welcomed me and thanked me for driving up from NJ. He assured me that, he would do everything posssible for me to drive the car home. A few minutes later, we worked out the details and they were prepared the car for delivery. I met with Mr. Bill Pineo and he prepared all the finacial paperwork and I was on my way. Honestly, It was the best, I have ever experienced at a dealership, everyone was courteous, polite and professional. Very helpful with the type of vechile I was looking for and very helpful with the price I was looking for. Wesner did not try to sell me a car at top price but as we bargined he did his best to get the pr and very helpful with the price I was looking for. The finance person was extremely helpful as well in getting the best interest rate and finishing the deal. I am very happy with my new highlander. More

The service was prompt, professional and certainly friendly. I'm very happy with the price though that has never been the top priority. I went in looking to trade in my vehicle for a bigger car. We have been driving the car with no registration and no inspection sticker for 2 weeks. We called to find out what was going on and would const car. We have been driving the car with no registration and no inspection sticker for 2 weeks. We called to find out what was going on and would constantly get the run around, ex: insurance needs to fax information to make sure that the car was insured (that was done same day they asked for it) informed us they would call us back never did. Called following day and was told it would be ready by 9AM next day to call them in the morning. We called next day in the morning and was given the run-around once again, this time we were told that they didnt have an up to date pay stub, which we provided the day we left with the car. Spoke with the salesperson who had the nerve to find all this funny and laugh which upset us a lot. Asked to speak with the general manager explain the situation, when he realized that the pay stub was up to date. Got a phone call about 5 minutes later asking information about the car for the registration, which they should have. Went to the dealer ship to speak to them in person and was told that will have to wait until Monday to get my registration and to get the inspection sticker. (happened on a saturday) car was purchased on 8/2. Driving without inspection sticker and without registration until 8/15. Basically I will not recommend this dealership to ANYBODY not even my worst enemy. And also their customer service skills are awful. More
Horrible Experience!!!! In full disclosure I have bought 2 vehicles from this dealership over the yrs with no issues... but I will never go back after this last experience. I was looking to trade in a 2005 2 vehicles from this dealership over the yrs with no issues... but I will never go back after this last experience. I was looking to trade in a 2005 Camry for 2011 Camry which to me seemed like a simple transaction but it was not here at Expressway. Met with Damon originally and explained what I was looking to do which I thought he understood but apparantely he did not. 1st complaint I allowed them to appraise my car (I think) and he never took any of this info down because throughout this whole painful process he must have asked me 3 time if I had a trade-in and the details involved. After this initial meeting he asked that I bring my wife in which is a reasonable request. I took a day off from work to come in with her, I texted Damon when we were coming in so no suprises but should not even have bothered. I got there with my wife and explained to Damon we had limited time which he understood...we went through the process and explained what we were looking for and he showed us a black 2011 Camry which we were interested in, we test drove seemed great only to find out later in the process the car had been sold already. After test driving we talked #'s but he needed the sales mngr Juan who was nowhere to be found, we waited and waited abouth 30 minutes in I went and found Damon who said the mngr was not available but should be soon.. we eventually said we had to leave as we had 2 kids at home with baby sitter..he brought a colleague over who explained he was not the mngr but could help which he couldn't. We left not happy.. got a call from Juan the sales mngr who apologized for waisting my time made us an offer which I still don't believe was legitimate...I then tried for days to reach Damon and confirm the deal we agreed on with no luck.. I finally called left vm for Juan never heard back from him..finally texted Damon completely frustrated told him deal off he returned the text a minute later saying that's ok we couldn't do the deal we agreed on anyway, good luck. Completely ridiculous and utterly unprofessional.. I then called back and left a vm for general manager and never have heard back from anyone, not even a text message. Bought the car 2 days later from Braintree Toyota with no issues. Awful experience, completely unprofessional. More

This Guy Scott went so far as to lecture us on the ethics of other dealers. Understand this Scott you are unethical. Long store short went to the other toyota dealer got a new toyota Yaris 4dr sedan Auto w/ power pkg for $1800 below MSRP. No lie SCOTT!! DONT GO HERE!! DONT SHOP HERE!! If you must avoid "Scott" More
