For the past 16 years, the service has been out standing with the employees & the services that they provided. You would have to be fool in NOT going there for service. I have already had three Totoya vehic with the employees & the services that they provided. You would have to be fool in NOT going there for service. I have already had three Totoya vehicles that are service at that dealership I will be in the near future purchasing two more Toyota vehicles regardless where they are purchased will be taken to that dealship (Expressway Toyota) to have them be services. I called because I missed my appointment. The person on the phone was very nice and told me to come on in. I got there and spoke with Tracy. I had some scratches on my door and she had a guy come over an the phone was very nice and told me to come on in. I got there and spoke with Tracy. I had some scratches on my door and she had a guy come over and look at it. She was very professional and polite and kept me informed of progress. She maded the whole ordeal which took about 3 and half hours feel like 1 hour. She was very attentive and seemed genuinely concerned. Thank You Tracy More
I had an excellent experience at this dealership. I originally went to Boch Toyota on the Automile and was not satisfied with the price they offered me. I called Expressway because my sister told me she had heard they were good. I talked with Joey Allain and he immediately got me a deal in the price range I was looking to lease the car I wanted. (Rav4 Sport.) He got me an appointment for the following day to test drive the car, and I signed on the dotted line less than 2 hrs. later. Joey, Gene, and Fernando the manager all came over to help me multiple times. Mary the person who did the finaly paperwork with me was amazing with my daughter, who came with me to help pick out the car. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family. Katie More

When I applied at my local dealership for financing they called the cops on me(lol jk)! I saw the car on thier website and talked with Joey. He explained that he ships cars all over the country everyday. He gave me a live video walk around of the car with his phone so I could be ok with buying a car in massachusetts and having it shipped to me without seeing it. At the end of the day I got the car in about a week and everything went AMAZING!!! I love my car and it has actually has dvds in teh head rear headrests where mine didn't and I still paid less then what I got from insurance. The boston market really is the least expensive market in teh country for cars. SEE JOEY HE'S EXCELLENT! More
Expressway Toyota is what I consider a hidden gem!! The service team are extremely helpful and are always willing to work with you to the best of their abilities. Don Bowman, Service Advisor is the ONLY pe service team are extremely helpful and are always willing to work with you to the best of their abilities. Don Bowman, Service Advisor is the ONLY person that I take advice from regarding what needs to be done on my car. In the 3-4 years that I have been working with him, I have had to have small things done up to having a catalytic converter replaced. When your car is in for service they will always keep you posted as to what is happening also,I am always met with a warm and friendly greeting. I would recommend this team to anyone that wants their car fixed properly and a company that sticks by the work they do!!!!! More
I was not pleased with the toyota warranty on a new car purchase. I have a 2008 corolla with 15K miles. The technican found a small pin hole in the side wall and recommended replacing teh tire. I was very disappointed to find out that with teh extra money I paid for a Toyota prodcut it did not cover this cost and that i woudl have to pay for it. I have purchased 5 toyota cars, and the dealer stood behind their product and covered the costs associated with a perceiveed warranty repair Toyota needs to stand behind their products bumper to bumper, a person with a car 3 years old and only 15k miles should not be making car payments and repairs. I am very thankful that Express way stood behind their product and absorbed the cost of the tire. More
