Xanchy was very pleasant to work with I was very impressed. I spokw with him prior to my visit and he explained the costs of my repairs clearly with details of the service that would need to be done impressed. He made sure I had a loaner because the service would take quite a while. He then called me while my vehilce was being serviced to inform me of additional work that would need to be perfermed. I love that they are open on Sunday for service. I am always greeted with a smile and told upfront what to expect. Easy to schedule as well. The waiting area is comfortable. Very impressed with the whole dealership. I had researched the Toyota highlander hybrid to the point I felt comfortable that I had good information in regards to price and options. I started by go researched the Toyota highlander hybrid to the point I felt comfortable that I had good information in regards to price and options. I started by going through the Internet and dealt with a Kapyse Hall who responded right a way with a quote for a limited gas version and was more than accommodating when I got back in touch with here a couple of weeks later about a hybrid limited. She than turned me over to Joe Pearl who allowed me to take it for a test drive and then took me inside to close the deal. He made me feel like I was in charge of the negotians and worked with me to get me to the price that I was comfortable with. I was then turned over to Paul Valenti who more than worked with me to get the interest rate and payment I wanted. He also went out of his way in explaining all the options in regards to all the add ons I could get. I know it's a business and the business is there to make money, but all in all I felt like the three of them were working harder for me than for the dealership. I couldn't of been happier or more surprised with the whole process. If your in the market for a new Toyota I wouldn'hesitate to recommend expressway Toyota. Thanks Kapyse, Joe, and Paul. More
I had done some research at other dealerships, and was at the point where I was simply shopping around for the best price for me. I picked Expressway Toyota because of it's location, a choice I almost wholly the point where I was simply shopping around for the best price for me. I picked Expressway Toyota because of it's location, a choice I almost wholly regret now. I was incredibly bothered by Gerard Miller, and he is the sole reason I was so disappointed. It was the coldest day of the year (about 6 degrees F out), so I had worked with one of the internet salesmen to be picked up at a nearby train station. Gerard was 30 minutes late and picked us up in a tiny sports car with a backseat that my friend could barely fit in. At the dealership with others working with him, everything seemed ok. They had the car I wanted and were willing to sell it to me a little below the price I wanted, so I agreed to purchase the car. It seemed that as soon as I agreed to purchase the car, Gerard decided I no longer deserved any respect. I had to wait around for 45 minutes to talk to someone in finance, and after some badgering he agreed to drive my roommate back to the train so that she could go home. I am told that in the car he made some very unacceptable sexual comments to her. I spent a good amount of time with Alex, who was very helpful, kind, and respectful. He worked with me to get the best financing possible, and helped me pick out a package that would be most suitable to my needs. He treated me as an equal, respected me, and guided me through, as I am a first time buyer. Please note that my critique of the dealership has nothing to do with Alex. When it was time to give me a ride back to the dealer (I was unable to take the car that night), Gerard informed me that he was supposed to leave an hour ago and made me feel like it was all my fault that we were there so late. Then he took a phone call on his cell phone and made me wait another 10 minutes. When he got in the car he was clearly upset, slammed his door, and drove out of the parking lot so fast and carelessly that I feared for my life. Halfway to the train station Gerard slowed down, but proceeded to tell me things about his personal life that I felt were very inappropriate (how my purchase made him no money, about troubles with his love life, about his hatred of his job). My other issue was that because Gerard did not check his phone messages, I was unable to pick up the car on the day we had agreed that I would. My insurance company had left him messages with all the information needed to register the car, and instead of checking those messages, Gerard called me 3 times asking why my company was not getting back to him. Because of a terrible snow storm, my agent had anticipated not working and had sent everything necessary over the night before. I was forced to completely rearrange my schedule to pick up the car a day later because of this mix up. More

And I was surprised that Juan remembered me after the sale was over, so it showed that they really do care about customer service. More
My overall experience at Expressway Toyota was very good; I drove in, was seen right away and was able to get out pretty quickly. I went there to get a corrosion treatment for my 2002 Tacoma. My only real issue was that I brought it in under the impression that I would just leave it there and get everything taken care of at once, but instead I have to bring it back sometime during the week, which is sort of a bummer because I work and am taking a class. Luckily, Tracy was really flexible about when I could bring it in, and even agreed to stay after hours if necessary. So that was awesome. Overall, it was a very good experience. More
I had a good experience with Expressway Toyota. I got the car I wanted for a fair price.
