Having previously purchased a Camry here 2 years ago,I decided that I should return there and perhaps, as a "repeat customer", arrive quickly at a fair deal for a 2012 Camry SE. I went the Tuesday after "President's" day. I understand that a dealer's mission is to maximize their profits, which is opposed to my goal of paying as little as possible...hence you have negotiating. I was astonished at how high their first cash offer was (in addition to my trade-in)....about $5500 more than I thought was reasonable. After numerous "lower" offers, we could not arrive at a fair compromise. What really offended me were the incorrect staements that were told to me that were used to justify their offer. I was told by Mr. Boch that the President's day incentives ended on Monday, President's day, and were not available the next day, Tuesday, even though all commercial advertising stated differently that they were available through the end of February. I was told by Mr. Boch that any incentives that might apply were only for the Camry "LE" model, not the "SE". And I was told that it could cost an additional $600-$700 to acquire a car from another dealer. So off I headed to search elsewhere. All three of these statements made to me by Mr. Boch were confirmed by another dealer to be not true...I don't consider that to be honest and professional by Mr. Boch. So I did find an acceptable offer after I left Expressway for hundreds of dollars less than Expressway's "best lowest price" that was as 'low as they could go'...and I had the vehicle with a week, not a month that it would have taken Expressway. I was offended with Expressway's approach to negotiating and the fact that being a "repeat" customer apparently doesn't mean much. More
An extremely high pressure sales type of dealership that makes an attempt on insulting ones intelligence if you let them. After purchasing numerous car over the last 10 years I feel like they have the impre makes an attempt on insulting ones intelligence if you let them. After purchasing numerous car over the last 10 years I feel like they have the impression in their minds that they have a done deal when i step through their dealership doors. They don't follow through with their promises and just keep passing the buck making one feel like they are the bad guy for asking what was promised in the first place in order to seal the deal. Due to their ignorance and demeaning behavior they have lost me and my entire family as customers and anyone else we have contact with we tell them to avoid at all costs wasting their time at their dealership. i strongly would recommend sales people i spoke with but not dealership itself. Navid & David were very helpful and courteous, answered all my questions and made sure what i got what i asked for. but abo not dealership itself. Navid & David were very helpful and courteous, answered all my questions and made sure what i got what i asked for. but about dealer 1- i needed a day rental but dealer refused and they cost me additional charge while i was making 16k business with them. this cheap attitude didn't make sense to me at all. 2- owners of this dealership need to take a visit to another dealers like IRA toyota of Danvers and see the difference in their waiting room and accommodation they have for their customers. dear owner, not everything is about earning money, sometimes you need to spend some to gain more in return. Overall, this is a very pleasant experience. The salesman, Khoa Nguyen, was easy to deal with and was not pushy at all. He was able to get me the car that I wanted when it's not in stock. I had been searching for about 2 months for a new car when I came across Expressway Toyota. I had already been to Ira, and Atlantic but Expressway had the best price around for a Corolla. Upon entering the dealership, I was greeted by De Bin Zou, who was very excited to help me with my purchase. I had seen the Corolla I wanted online, and went in to test drive. After test driving the vehicle, De Bin Zou was ready to sell me the car at a great deal. Walking into the dealership, it was HUGE. They have everything you could need when waiting to pick up your car. De Bin Zou brought my family over popcorn, and waters. Within 30 minutes, I was in the finance department where the finance guy got me the best deal I could ever ask for. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. You could tell these salemen were not the "sleezy" stereotype. I had an over all great experience and look forward to purchasing more cars from this dealer. More
I was treated very professionally by the everyone involed. They showed me a great of courtesy, and respect. When I went back for the previous mention items taken care they approach me to make sure everything was to my safiction. I realy appreciate that show of concern on there part. I would highly recommand Expressway to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More

I saw a great used sienna online at a great price. Although the price was fairly good. The car was very nice. I have bought 2 New vehicles over the last 5 years with different dealerships and have never had to call the salesman more than I had to with this one. I came to the dealer on Saturday and put a down Payment and offered to come back Sunday. I was assured by the finance manager that they would deliver the car over state lines to me wIth all the necessary paperwork on Monday. I called 2 times on Monday to find out the status & wasn't told until my 3rd call that I had to go back to sign the pns. Ok so mistakes happen. I spoke with the finance mgr & before we locked in the extended warranty I wanted something that explain what it covered. Because when I was at the dealer originally I was never given any info just numbers. So I called the finance guy & left a voicemail. I didnt hear back so i called the salesman and he assured me that he or The finance guy would call me back. No one called. So on Tuesday night I spoke with the salesman & told them to write the pns with no eztended warranty bc I wasn't going to buy what I couldn't get th details on/. So Wednesday I went in to sign the pns. The salesman and I worked out a time to meet the next day At 5 pm. So the next day at 4 I called my ins agent to make sure they heard from the dealer which I was told that the dealer JUST faxed the binder request. Then at 4;20 the dealer called me to ask me to call the ins agent to try to speed up the binder. At 4:20 they should have already been on the road. So our 5 meet time ends up being closer to 7. I have never had to call any dealer as much as I have had to call this dealership. I wanted to buy a car & felt as if I had to harass them to make the deal happen. I was very DISSAPOINTED with the customer service skills. More
