THE SALESMAN THAT WAS HELPING ME LET ME SIT AT HIS DESK FOR 25 MINUTES ALONE AND AS I WAS SITTING THERE I SAW HIM HELPING OTHER CUSTOMER'S WHICH DIDN'T MAKE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS A VALUED CUSTOMER. I WENT TO TALK TO THE MANAGER JUAN AND HE SPOKE TO HIM. THAT DIDN'T EVEN SEEM TO WORK. IF IT WASN'T FOR JUAN AND PAUL THE FINANCE OFFICER I WOULD OF NEVER BOUGHT MY VEHICLE THERE. NEED TO TEACH THE SALESMEN THE CUSTOMER IS STILL ALWAYS RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
I was met at the front door by a throng of salivating salesmen waiting to pounce on me. I was rushed, spoken to with attitude, and said to myself "I'll never go back there." I will not mention specific names, as I know how this survey affects them, but leave it to say, I went to Tufankjian of Braintree, and got a new Camry XLE. I have reviewed them, as well, and have never been treated better by any salesman in over 30 years of car buying, than I was by Tufankjian. I'll be a customer THERE for life. More
I just wanted to make sure I signed onto share my experience with Expressway Toyota. When I receive exceptional service, I try and make a point to write a review because often people won't share good experience with Expressway Toyota. I took my Ford Escape to Expressway Toyota's service dept to be repaired when my alternator died unexpectedly. Although I was not happy about my unexpected repair, I'm so thankful for the customer service I received. Their professionalism was second to none; however, they were very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Expressway Toyota! More
It was the first time I ever purchase a car and I had the best experience thanks to the help of Tony. He was fast and quick yet very funny and friendly. I was recently there couple days ago. Worst experience of my life it takes you forever if you need to speak to someone about something. The service is awful. I went here with my boyfriend to buy a new car. The sales guys were not helpful at all. He was interested in a car so I put a deposit down on it. After looking elsewhere he found another car he liked & they guys were not helpful at all. He was interested in a car so I put a deposit down on it. After looking elsewhere he found another car he liked & they wouldn't refund my $. After screaming & making a scene & calling everyone a liar because that’s what they are, I got my money back. I would NEVER EVER return here even if they were giving cars away! They are slow with doing paperwork. Overall just a BAD EXPERIENCE! Also when I approached my car after making a scene I found that someone had SPIT ON IT! How gross! More

This is my fourth vehicle with your dealership and I am happy to report that I have always received the best service. Whether it was the sale, routine service visits or mechanical issue, the experience is always a positive one! With that being said I wanted to single out a particular employee who made my experience the best I've had yet. Damon Kiser made what I believe to be a painful process go as smoothly as it could possibly go. During the sale of the car he exercised great patience and professionalism. I came in on probably one of the busiest days in your business and he managed to keep the pressure off and take the time to find what I was going to be comfortable with. He had a way of making us feel like we were the only customers in the building and let it be clear that our satisfaction was his top priority. I want to again thank you and your staff for your great service. I will continue to be a loyal Expressway customer and keep the referrals coming. Excellent workmanship. Took my Rav4 to 3 other dealers, 1 in CA and 2 in MA - non could fix a loud sound when I backed up. Expressway diagnosed the problem in about 5 minutes, needed a brake job - problem 1 in CA and 2 in MA - non could fix a loud sound when I backed up.
