I went to this dealer because a previous family member recommended it. I was not really out to buy but merely comparing prices. I was greeted by De Bin who was very helpful and very honest. I explained what I was looking for and he showed me a few cars and as the sale progressed I felt I was going to get a great bargain and decided to buy the car. One thing you must do is your homework, never go in not knowing the estimated value of the cars that way you won't be surprised. Overall the sale presentation was good and helpful. However, be ready to wait awhile in lounge area when the paperwork is getting complete. On the day I went to pick up the car I was waiting for about half an hour and finally decided to contact my salesman as I felt they had forgotten about us and things moved along after that. All in all I have a brand new car that I got at an excellent deal and will highly recommend this dealer. Just fix the communication between sales and finance and minimize the customers waiting time. Overall experience could have been better. Yes, the staff is very friendly, but the amount of time and unecessary visits to get the deal done was absolute torture. Sometimes a simple returned phone call would of saved me a long trip down there. Yes, the sales people and finance people will work with you to get a deal, but you must ask them alot of questions as they seem like they don't want to tell you about certain information until you are at the signing table. I don't like surprises. I just barely recommend this dealer, only because I did alot of research and weeded out many other terrible ones and this seemed like the "lesser of evils". Be prepared, bring your calculator, know your Principle & Intrest formula, and bring your IPod to kill the time, because you will be waiting, waiting, and waiting for a long time. Hopefully, eventually you'll get the deal done. More

We felt like we had excellent service from Lookie and the whole dealership. Lookie was great to work with. He was partly why we leased the car. I bought a new Rav4 without feeling pressured. Angelo Gabriel was easy to work, respectful of my time constraints, and I think I got a fair deal. Gabriel was easy to work, respectful of my time constraints, and I think I got a fair deal. More
Overall good experience. I got a great price on my Certified Pre-Owned 2011 Camry, Angelo is a terrific salesman - not too pushy! I bought a Corolla here. They first used the old cheap-car-you'd-like trick over the phone which when I came over to the dealership had suddenly and miraculously been sold just 5 minutes ago. Then t cheap-car-you'd-like trick over the phone which when I came over to the dealership had suddenly and miraculously been sold just 5 minutes ago. Then they told me they had another car I'd like. Since the car had most of the LE features, they told me the car was an LE. Later turned out it was not (it was a base model with some enhancements). Then they gave me the wrong car fax (of another car). I found out about both of these things after I had bought the car. When confronted, they said it was a mistake. They did not take the car back. Since they had advertised and sold an LE car (and since I had paid the higher price), after an hour long discussion they resentfully agreed to install a free sunroof on the car. The person in charge of the loan lied so amazingly in front me that I was shocked. After telling me that I could only get a 9% interest loan, I called my father who said to tell the guy that I could get a %2 interest using his credit. After telling the loan guy about this, he suddenly changed his mind and gave me the %2 interest loan without any further talk. Six month later when I went to sell the car, a trained buyer (with his paint gadget) told me the back of the car had been painted and probably been in an accident. What shocked me was that since this was the dealership's own car (the car they used for rentals and such) and since there was no mention of it in its real carfax, how the dealership had scammed me. This is a bad establishment. I am sad Toyota lets these kinds of people represent them. More
