I was not in dire need for a car, however the experience I had with Expressway (Leo) was great. He was friendly, and made my purchase experience an enjoyable one. He took the time to show me all the featu I had with Expressway (Leo) was great. He was friendly, and made my purchase experience an enjoyable one. I was in need of a new car and went in looking to replace the one I had. I had done some on-line research and had some idea of what I wanted, but when the time came to churn the numbers, it was not looking g the one I had. I am very pleased to say that, although I went in prepared for a painful experience (haven’t had much luck with car dealerships in the past) everything turned out to be ….painless! Wes did a wonderful job working with “the other guys” to get the payments to where I could afford them and I ended up with a brand new vehicle when I initially intended on purchasing a pre-owned. Needless to say I love my car and I would definitely recommend this dealership to any of my friends or family members looking for a car. I have one suggestion for the sales associates in general… (Wes didn’t do this, but one of the floor managers did and I would be lying if I said it didn't bug me). As a female purchasing the car, I took my cousin (male) with me to check out the car (as I intended to purchase a pre-owned and wanted to make sure I was not buying a car with a defect I was not able to spot). When this floor manager approached us to ask some questions he immediately directed himself to my cousin (even though all the paperwork he had in his hand had my information and he knew I was buying the car). My cousin pointed my way indicating all questions or comments should come my way and he casually ignored him. Talk to the person making the purchase (ignore the gender), if I would have been someone else, that little stunt would have made me walk away. More
Last Thursday, February 21, 2013 I went to the dealership to test drive a used 2011 Toyota Matrix. The employee's name was David and I felt totally at ease being that this was my first car purchase. By the time I left the paperwork was signed and I put down a $500 deposit in good faith (even though the loan had not been approved yet). Friday No Call No update on the status of the loan , Saturday I get a call from the finance person Mr. Dai telling me he was still working with the bank, Monday No Call and by this time I'm frustrated because from morning to about 2 p.m. no one could locate David or Mr. Dai to give me an update! Monday evening I speak to the operator tell them I want my $500 refunded: EVERYONE is calling me!!! As of February 27 they are still calling me about the car but not my refund. My birthday is Saturday and I feel as though they are being malicious and vindictive about refunding me my money in a timely manner (mind you they know my Birthday is Saturday). David told me yesterday he would start the paper work for the refund... this morning he called still talking about the car. More
Great salesperson - took me for a test drive and showed me all of the features in the car. Since they did not have the exact car I was looking for in stock, he and his manager worked with me on pricing me all of the features in the car. This was my first car, and I didn't realize that there would be a Document Fee. Other than that, everything was 100% as I previously expected in the paperwork they asked me to look over. I was able to get delivery on the car very quickly. I give this dealership an excellent rating and review, and would recommend this dealership to others. More
