I was looking for a new JF Cruiser and was extremely pleased with their online Business Development Representative, Kapryse Hall. We agreed on a price for the car and when I got the dealer, Kapryse intr pleased with their online Business Development Representative, Kapryse Hall. We agreed on a price for the car and when I got the dealer, Kapryse introduced me to Tony Huynh. He is very pleasant, professional and knowledgable. After a few hours, we agreed to a price for my trade-in and I was very happy with my purchase. The only negative from this deal was the financing part with Kurt (forget his last name). I will spare the details but Kurt wasn't willing or pleasant working with me and my requests. It was so bad I almost walked out without buying the car but he toned down and we got it through, albeit unpleasantly. If there is an option for rating Financing, I would have given it a 1 (Very Bad). I can't rate any of the above option lower than 5 because Kapryse and Tony are awesome. More
I went in originally to compare pricing from some other dealerships. I was pleasantly surprised at the competitive pricing and I started looking for more recent models as a result. Debin Zou was very helpful listening to what I wanted and helping me find the right car. We had targeted a 20011 camry but I wanted to make sure I was getting a fair deal on my trade in. They had a better offer than every dealership I went to. My credit isn't great and the finance team really worked to get down to a deal I could afford. Overall, I was very impressed with the service and Debin specifically, was very helpful and responsive with any questions I had throughout the process. More

I am from out of state. I cut a very good deal for a used vehicle via phone and internet with the Used Car Manager. I put a deposit on the vehicle at 8PM on Wednesday night - I already had financing in used vehicle via phone and internet with the Used Car Manager. I put a deposit on the vehicle at 8PM on Wednesday night - I already had financing in place. I booked flights on Thursday morning to go pick up the vehicle. On Thursday afternoon, I received a call stating that there had been a mix-up and that they had already taken a deposit from another individual and that that person would have the first option. I believe that they received a better offer on the vehicle - as I had work with the Used Car manager the evening before - and sold it to that person ignoring my deposit. I tracked this vehicle on-line and the price had just dropped on Wednesday. If they already had a hold on the vehicle, why drop the price? More

So, the ad says to contact dealer for a price, I contact dealer online, and get a response back in about 20-30 minutes basically saying hi, how can I be of assistance? I write back about the vehicle in dealer online, and get a response back in about 20-30 minutes basically saying hi, how can I be of assistance? I write back about the vehicle in question, asking for a bottom line, out the door price, and all I get is " the vehicle is still available, what are you looking to do? I do invite you down to to see and drive it" I respond back, HOW MUCH? If its in the price range I want to spend for a commuter car, I'll come right down! I receive back, "what is your budget? I'm willing to work something out for you to earn your business" I respond back " Nevermind, I asked a simple question of HOW MUCH, and it I couldn't get a straight answer! It was like pulling teeth trying to get an answer out of this guy! So basically, my question is, is this the standard operating procedure Expressway Toyota uses to jerk prospective customers around? I mean, it was a simple question, and I just couldn't get a simple answer! It just seriously amazes me how in this lousy economy, salesmen still think they can play these games with cash paying customers, I mean if the price was even a little higher than I wanted to spend, I may of bought it, now I can give my hard earned cash to someone else!
