Shane got me through the entire process from driving up in my old car to driving away in my new car in around three hours. I glad we both focused on the deal and did not get side tracked by other things ( in my old car to driving away in my new car in around three hours. I glad we both focused on the deal and did not get side tracked by other things (like trying to push me into a Toyota when I was obviously there to purchase the Subaru). I knew what I wanted and Shane worked with me so that I could get it and that is why I rated so high. Thanks, Benjamin Gary More
My wife & I recently purchased a new Sienna. We had already done the research on the car we wanted and the value for our trade in. We negotiated the price through the internet so my hope was that this already done the research on the car we wanted and the value for our trade in. We negotiated the price through the internet so my hope was that this process would go pretty smoothly but with car buying you never really know......What an great experience buying this car has been. Shane approached us in a helpful and friendly manner and the process only got better from there. Within 30 minutes we had checked out the car and got all the money issues resolved. Shane is very professional knowledgeable and focuses on understanding his customers needs. The rest of the office staff we worked with we equally respectful of our time and within a total of just 2 hours, we drove the new car home. I highly recommend Expressway Toyota and of course Shane Dennis. Thank you for making my car buying experience a very good one!! More

In less than a business week, i officially had my car! Overall i had a great experience with the dealership as a whole. the staff was very friendly and attentive to me. the first day there i was there for about 2 hours. i went back the next day and several of the same people i saw the first day remembered me the following day! It was UNCANNY! i have really made some great connections here and my sales rep Shaianne is always there for me when i need her or have a question about the car!!! The dealership had a great energy level I received help the moment I entered the door. Professionalism could use some work from other parties but overall it was a wonderful experience. My experience was very positive. Shaianne was great to work with and did everything possible to make sure I was happy. By the time I was ready for my new car it was late on Friday afternoon and everyone work with and did everything possible to make sure I was happy. By the time I was ready for my new car it was late on Friday afternoon and everyone bent over backwards to make sure that that all the paperwork met the insurance and registry 5 PM deadline so that I could dive my new car off the lot that day. We contacted Expressway, along with a few local dealerships to replace our Sienna. We live in Milton, and so you can assume the other ones. Danielle at Expressway responded to our request and gave dealerships to replace our Sienna. We live in Milton, and so you can assume the other ones. Danielle at Expressway responded to our request and gave us what we felt was a good price from the beginning. She invited us in for a test drive without being pushy and she was certainly friendlier and more welcoming than her counterparts at the other dealerships. A couple days later, we received and email from her manager, Joel who offered his time and assistance should we need it…and that was a nice touch. By this time we had narrowed it down to 3 dealerships- all with similar pricing and all had the Sienna we were looking for. After a few late nights of online research, we were ready to move forward, so my husband sent one last email to the 3 dealerships early on a Thursday morning to confirm and clarify a few things and we were prepared to visit the final dealer after work that evening. Within minutes of sending the email, we received a reply from Joel at Expressway, and not an automatic reply. Joel responded and provided the answers and details for us at 6am! We looked at each other completely shocked. My husband is a trainer for a bluechip software company and travels 8 months of the year. Rarely do I see him impressed with any service (especially a car dealership) but he most certainly was. We both were, and after a brief email conversation with Joel, we officially wrapped up the deal. Let me say this again, we finalized our new Sienna deal at our kitchen table over email at 6:30am- now that was a first! It is fair to point out that the other dealership contacted us later in the morning, but by then Joel had set himself (and Expressway) far ahead. As my husband put it, it says something about a company when the employee is giving his own time to it. We now had high expectations for Expressway, and we were not disappointed I am happy to report. We visited Expressway that night and were introduced to another great representative, Tony, who took us on a drive and completed the paperwork. Danielle came over and congratulated us, and we were in and out within an hour or so. The store was new and clean and there was even a real restaurant, not just a snack bar. Both Tony and Joel gave us their cell phone numbers and that was another nice touch. In the end, I had never been to Expressway and I am so very glad I came in contact with these 3 employees, who exceeded our expectations in every way. Expressway is lucky to have employees who are so dedicated to their jobs to make us feel as we were the only people on Earth looking to buy. I hope this is the way of the future for all dealerships, and they could all learn a lot from Joel and his colleagues at Expressway Toyota. More

Refused to sell two hours after agreeing to sell? I would stay away from this place. Should be interesting to follow the vin above to see if this vehicle in deed goes to wholesale auction. Failed to offer potential buyer the detailed findings why they refused to sell after a purchase agreement & deposit had been achieved. Hence, the possibility is open to other motives, especially since the truck is still advertised on their website. "The truck did not meet our safety standards after inspection." They performed the inspection, after the vehicle goes on sale, not before? Good thing nobody was injured during a test drive. If this indeed is the case, this is an unsafe practice, someone should be looking for a new line of work with that decision. DMV & Expressway's insurance carrier needs to look into this place for the public's safety. Believe any cliche regarding "used car dealers", Joel Gordon calls it his "store". The Peter Principle is in play at this "store." All in all, not worth any more effort for a truck that was gonna be bounced off of rocks & taken off road. The safe bet to purchase here would be from the vending machine only. If you do go for a test drive, bring a helmet, cross your fingers & make sure the life insurance is current, you've now become an expressway crash test dummy. More
So, I decide to give Expressway Toyota a second chance to make good from a prior sale, (that was my first mistake) by attempting to purchase a vehicle for my daughter. I spoke with Shane Dennis over the phon make good from a prior sale, (that was my first mistake) by attempting to purchase a vehicle for my daughter. I spoke with Shane Dennis over the phone, he told me he could sell us the vehicle for $19,900.00, and I told him it was more than what they wanted to spend, then he said, " what if I can get you $4-5K for their trade, would that help?" I of course said yes, and that we would purchase the vehicle that day for 19,900.00 minus the trade and a decent deposit, so then we drive the 15 miles down to the dealership, Shane is wonderfully excited to see us, then we wait! After about an hour of waiting and watching a commercial being filmed in the showroom, we finally sit down with Shane, he looks me right in the eye and asks, how much are you putting down? With my checkbook in hand, I tell him that that depends on how much he's giving us for our trade. That's when tells me that he can give me a nickel, and I say excuse me? He repeats his offer of a nickel ($500.00) and I ask him what happened to the $ 4-5K he was going to give us for our trade that he told me he could get us over the phone, and I remind him of the $5200+ fair trade in book value, and immediately demand our keys back as I am sick and tired of Expressway Toyotas typical slimy car salesman tactics, he then gets the sale mgr, who by the way, thinks he's really important, and doing us a favor, to come over and try to explain to me that he is giving us the best possible offer, to which I tell him in a manner he could understand, "hand me my keys immediately!" It's amazing, that in this day and age, with all the information out there, that these salesmen think they can still get away with screwing the consumer. If you are thinking of buying a vehicle from the Boch family, don't do it at Expressway Toyota, you'll end up regretting the whole experience, go to Boch Toyota in Norwood, at least you'll be treated a whole lot better!
