First and foremost we would like to apologize for the unpleasant experience. I am familiar with your situation, and I do recall your visit both days. Unfortunately, these things just happen from time to time, and it's no fun for you and us both. Unless the vehicle is held with a deposit, there is just no way to prevent someone else from being interested in it or buying it- even if it happens minutes before you arrive.
