This place was good until it wasn’t, they made promises that they weren’t willing to keep. Sold me a vehicle without a title and was promise the title would be there in a week, a month later it showed it. that they weren’t willing to keep. They promised to pay for my rental until I got my vehicle and they only covered 2 weeks and told me they can’t do it anymore. Promised to pay my first car note and never did. It’s been almost two months and I still don’t have my vehicle cause they promised to ship it to me since I had to move out of state and still haven’t received my vehicle. This process has taking almost 2 months so yea worst experience ever. I would never go back. More

Steven took very good care of me upon arrival. He was patient and listened to my complaints about my 2022 Highlander. I've been coming to this dealership for years. I just leased my 4th vehicle. I came in it sign out my lease and for a 3 year check for my car. Doug very nicely helped me out when I arrived. He explained about signing out the lease and then asked if I was interested in "exploring my options". I told him I was interested in a Corolla and left a few hours later in a brand new car. He was great!! Before I left Jessica set up the phone and wi-fi etc. She took her time and very nicely explained everything to me. She was wonderful. All in all another great experience. More
