My first service appointment at Expressway Toyota went remarkably well . Prior to setting up my first appointment , I had a few people at the dealership not return my calls . Great experience working with Chris Moody and Dan Gilday. I had a great experience working with Chris Moody, the sales agent, and Dan Gilday, the sales manager. After attempting to purchase my Highlander at I had a great experience working with Chris Moody, the sales agent, and Dan Gilday, the sales manager. After attempting to purchase my Highlander at another dealer that started the usual car sales nightmare. I called Expressway Toyota on Morrissey Boulevard in Dorchester and explained to them how my deal was changing and asked if they would match the price. I was told if I came right away, they would match the price. Expressway Toyota not only matched the price, they beat the price! This was the best car purchase I have ever experienced. Every employee I encountered at Expressway Toyota was happy and helpful. It was actually a fun experience purchasing my Highlander. Chris Moody was fabulous. Chris was happy, honest, considerate and very informative. He worked getting me the best price the first time so the deal was made within moments. Dan Gilday was excellent greeting everyone and making sure all the customers were being taken care of. I highly recommend purchasing any Toyota at Expressway Toyota. You will not only get the best price, you will have a pleasant car buying experience. More
