Love this dealer and we got a great price on the car. Only issue is that regular service takes forever. Husband was there for 2 hrs for an oil change that should take 30 mins. Great experience leasing through Expressway Toyota. Shopping around, I was used to high pressure sales, but I did not experience this here. Aeon was very experience leasing through Expressway Toyota. Shopping around, I was used to high pressure sales, but I did not experience this here. Aeon was very helpful and accommodating and Vladimir was also quite helpful with the finance part (and quick!). Very smooth process. I wasn't expecting to make the deal and get the car the same day, but Aeon was able to make that happen, saving me the time and hassle of making another trip into Boston. More

Just look at the awards they display in their business, they have to do with getting the most customers to go through "toyota financing". This place does not practice good customer service etiquette. They lie to you. They will tell you all the answers you want to hear for you to sign the papers. Once they got your signature they can care less about you. And all the "promises" they made will never get done. If you really want to go to this dystopia, i suggest video recording every conversation. More

Overall it was a good visit. Everyone was friendly! The only downside is the time it took to get through the visit. I was told the visit would take an hour up to an hour and a half. The only additional service I got was the replacement of a windshield wiper. More

Nice Experience buying a new Toyota RAV4 I was given a price on line - went and the car that was offered on line was brought right out (no bait and switch) - and the price was solid as offere I was given a price on line - went and the car that was offered on line was brought right out (no bait and switch) - and the price was solid as offered. The Salesman James was pleasant and reasonably knowledgeable about the car. The Financial person was easy to deal with and the financial numbers were presented clearly. Happy with the experience.
