They charge me for leak for air conditon without any notice! When i go there they told me we already put lid for find the leak. One week later they check my car and told me there is no leak. During The first visit to buy the vehicle I was annoyed because I told the salesman that I would be getting my own financing through a bank yet they still pull my credit for Toyota financing! I did go because I told the salesman that I would be getting my own financing through a bank yet they still pull my credit for Toyota financing! I did go through with the deal and bought the truck on a Thursday, I told him that I would be back on Monday at 9 AM to pick the truck up. When I arrive at 9 o’clock I was told the truck had just gone in to be delivered and it would take at least an hour and a half! This is incredibly annoying because I had my two small children with me expecting to just have the able to handover the check and keys to my previous vehicle switch the plates and go! I was expecting maybe a minimum of 45 minutes for all that to take place. After waiting for an hour and 45 minutes I asked to speak to the sales manager and then the truck was ready a few minutes later! While the plates were being switched I did a walk around on the truck and found two dents one on the left driver side bed and one on the right passenger side bed!!! On my brand new truck!!!! So now I have to bring it back to the dealership so they can fix the paint take time out of my day take a loaner car for a few days and go back to the dealership when it’s finished!!!! I’m extremely unhappy with the whole experience!! Disappointed, More
