I spoke to Bill on the phone and even though it was last minute he was able to get me an appointment. When I arrived my appointment was with Thanh and he was very professional, kind, and funny as he helped minute he was able to get me an appointment. The initial process of buying the Camry here was pretty quick, easy, and efficient. Swiped my card for down payment no problem. That's where the good feedback ends. Fast forward more than 2 days later, there is still zero communication from the sales rep/dealership with even the slightest of update (have tried reaching out a handful of times). Adding to that, my insurance provider has still not received the registration form from Expressway Toyota. I had expected the vehicle I just purchased to be ready in the next few days, but now have no idea as nobody is reaching out. Even more disappointing is that my last text to the sales rep asking if the insurance agency had accepted the faxed registration form was left with a 'read' receipt at 11:26am this morning..unsure the harm in replying even with a 'yes' or 'no' . As someone who sells software for a living, I wouldn't dream of, nor would I want to treat my customers like this. I will definitely not go back to Expressway Toyota when we replace my wife's Elantra at the end of the year. Facility is clean and there's an awesome labradoodle onsite though! More

I was a loyal customer to this dealer and after my last purchase. I am very disappointed. There is no acknowledgement for being a customer and a sale is a sale regardless of whether you have been a long ti purchase. I am very disappointed.
