I was scared and upset about my car and this dealer made me feel better and secure. There’s a woman who goes around like a greeter who makes sure you’re okay and brings you water or coffee. I could have rented a car (nice they have that) but I decided to stay all day as it was relaxing atmosphere for me. And they fixed my car. My service rep found me when he needed to talk to me.
