Was not a fan of the experience. I just don’t like the wheeling and dealing aspect of buying/leasing a car. I didn’t get exactly what I wanted because of inventory shortages but the car I did get is nice wheeling and dealing aspect of buying/leasing a car. I didn’t get exactly what I wanted because of inventory shortages but the car I did get is nice though it’s missing a couple of features I’d liked to have had. I’m leasing so I guess it’s only for 3 years. I thought I got lowballed a little bit on my trade and regret not selling it myself but I guess it’s something less for me to deal with later. Overall, I’m happy and I have to say, I liked the people working there and they were very professional and did a good job of addressing all of my concerns even if they were limited on what they could do. They made the whole experience a little less painful. More
Certified vehicle had a bad smell, Jean reassured that he would take care of it. My husband was the one who picked up the car a couple days later, my youngest son who’s asthmatic started wheezing just becaus would take care of it. His asthma is well controlled, he haven’t take any albuterol in a very long time. I had an allergic reaction with the smell myself while riding for about 20 minutes. When I call Jean, as I was talking to him, he claimed that the car was cleaned and he hang up right on my face. I called back and went straight to voicemail. It’s a crucial time right now, a client health is very important. I will take my business somewhere else next time especially during a pandemic. I’m very disappointed. More
