I had an appointment for service at 1:15pm. I checked in at 1:15 sharp the lady told me I was gonna be 1h20 min. I waited into the waiting room she showed up at 3:20 to let me know that she is coming. I wen at 1:15 sharp the lady told me I was gonna be 1h20 min. I waited into the waiting room she showed up at 3:20 to let me know that she is coming. I went back to the check in point at 4:10 to see what was going on , when she saw me she was like in a rush to give me the car which she could not find the key. I had a dental appointment at 4:30 that I had to reschedule . Was very disappointed. More

Had 9AM appt for 5K mile service (oil change and tire rotate). Usually takes 45 min to 1hour. At 11:01 AM, having heard nothing, I returned Yean’s text inviting questions, asking for status.
