The waiting time is horrible. If you need to get back to a service rep also you have to wait in line. Appointments are useless- it takes them hours to get to your car even if you made an appointment days a service rep also you have to wait in line. Appointments are useless- it takes them hours to get to your car even if you made an appointment days ago. The service does a good job repairing the car- but is it worth it???? Maybe should go elsewhere where they value the customers time. If I want to sit down and work you can't even find a desk with a plug which I needed. Not enough service reps who are badly overworked and are inefficient getting to customers who wait in lines (is this the registry????) More
