When I arrived for my appointment I waited for 10 minutes before someone even acknowledged I was standing there. When I was called up to speak with someone, I mentioned that I had an appointment and minutes before someone even acknowledged I was standing there. When I was called up to speak with someone, I mentioned that I had an appointment and the response I received was “for Monday?” Really...is it customary for someone to make and appointment and then arrive two days early? I then said no I have an appointment for 2:45. He then said that making appointments online is not good because it books too many appointments. He next said he could try to get me out by 4. Initially I said that I would stay but when I sat down to wait I decided to leave. When I returned to the desk to ask for me key, the rep said that they call Saturday’s oil change Saturday and asked why would anyone would want to get an oil change on a beautiful day like today...needless to say I do not play on returning back...ever. More

Staff is friendly and helpful. They have a nice waiting area, with a cafe and TVs and wireless access. They offer a free shuttle service so you can leave the car rather than wait there if you prefer.
